Through the Coaching in the Pharmacy, we guarantee a direct follow-up to the employee in their daily life, in order to improve the customer service, to train and to apply techniques of sale (cross-selling and up selling), as well as to provide support in the advice non-prescription medicines, orthopedic material, childcare articles and dermocosmetics, in order to increase the motivation, knowledge and reliability of the team, with a consequent increase in pharmacy notoriety.
During the coaching, exercises are also performed, such as dosage calculations, prescription interpretation and organization of the layout.
