Tecnosaúde held the I Cycle of Webinars at the College of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
During the month of July and August, the College of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, in partnership with Tecnosaúde Angola, held its I Cycle of Webinars with four sessions, with various current themes, in order to elucidate and clarify various concepts about the physiatrist class in Angola.
Physiatrics is a medical specialty that treats a variety of diseases that are capable of causing some kind of disability, physical limitation or loss of some ability in a given patient.
Several topics were addressed such as:
-General approach to sport and the response of Rehabilitation in sports trauma.
-Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in patients with Covid-19.
-Physical and Mental Health during a pandemic.
- Focus on Pain treatment by Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
Fulfilling all biosafety measures in the meeting room due to the moment we are in, these sessions were attended with online transmission to several countries, such as Angola, Mozambique and Portugal.
With an average of ninety views online and twenty people in the Hotel room, we can say that these sessions were a real success.
Tecnosaúde is available to prepare a new session.
