Objectives - With this training, the attendee should be able to:

  • Learn the selling techniques and apply them immediately;
  • Learn how to manage in difficult situations and conflicts;
  • Know how to close the sale;
  • Maintain motivation on the challenges and obstacles;
  • Develop concepts and skills such as leadership, communication, negotiation, sales process management and customer loyalty.

  • Active methods (case studies discussion and constant interaction with participants to consolidate the learned ideas and contents).
