As part of the Pharmacy Management Consulting area, Tecnosaúde is conducting a pilot project in a Luanda Pharmacy, where is developing its new project on the Global Practices Management and Pharmacy Organization. This service implies a direct observation and evaluation of various aspects of the functional organization of the Pharmacy, with process and parameters analysis, and problems identification, with a final report with improvement suggestions.
