Between November and December Tecnosaúde traveled to Huambo, Lubango and Benguela where we were doing training and coaching sessions in 3 pharmacies in these provinces.

In total, 33 trainees, including pharmacists and technicians, attended various training sessions. The themes chosen were “Sales Techniques” and “Productive and Non-Productive Cough”.

These sessions allow pharmacists and technicians to increase and deepen their knowledge on these topics and we think that have been very positive!

As part of the coaching service, we are able to follow up on these teams to make the advice of the products and to take these professionals increasingly differentiated.
